The Scientific Margin Ltd solves this problem. We capture frontline clinical knowledge. We define this knowledge as Implementation Intelligence.

We build the digital infrastructure to store this knowledge. We focus on Cardiovascular-Kidney-Metabolic disease prevention. This clinical domain remains a major NHS priority. The Cardiovascular Disease Modern Service Framework sets clear targets. We help Integrated Care Boards meet these national targets.

A clinical pharmacist founded this company. We work on the NHS frontline every day. We understand the real constraints of primary care.
